Debra Collins is a licensed marriage and family therapist, providing counseling and therapy services for families, children and adults in Marin County, California and has been in private practice throughout the Bay Area for over ten years.
Debra has worked in both primary and middle schools as a school counselor and gives workshops and parenting classes in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Debra was a therapist in both pediatric and adult hospice and with other healthcare organizations such as, The Wellness Community, Pediatricare, and The Northern California Cancer Center, where she helped families adjust to the challenges of life threatening illness and loss.
Debra is also a clinical supervisor for agencies providing counseling services to Marin and San Francisco residents. Since 2005, she was a frequent contributor to the "Ask the Experts" feature of GreatSchools.net, where she offered advice on parenting and education issues. She is currently a Greatschools.net consultant.
